The Broken Rune of Wholeness ~ A True Story!

angel 2b

Hello Brothers and Sister! Much Love from my Heart to Your Hearts as we near the end of this calendar year. What an exciting time ~ we are ending one nine year cycle ~ of Completion ~ and moving into a new one ~ of Co-Creation. I can’t tell you how happy I am about this and honestly, I am not sorry to say good-bye to 2016.

Good-bye, 2016! What a relief. *whew* Let’s get the 2017 Party started already!

(More on this later but now is the perfect time to consider the difference between “Manifesting” and “Co-creating.” Feel it out and feel what your Heart tells you about these two activities.)

Now on to the story. This is a follow-up to my last post: Wholeness ~ Sowelu. You may want to refer to it to read the full description of the rune Sowelu

As I said, I recently pulled a rune from my bag of runes. This is not something I do very often. It’s something I have not done for over a year in this case. If you’ve been reading my posts, then you know that I have just come out of a long period of healing and seeming disconnection; I had withdrawn into solitude out of necessity. I talked about that in this post: Twin Flame Co-Creation Event and Mission Update. During most of 2016 I was preparing for what happened recently and for what is to come next.

So about a week or so ago, I suddenly felt compelled to pull a rune. Surprising, yes. The interesting thing, though, is that I knew what rune I was going to get before I put my hand in the bag. “It’s going to be the Wholeness rune,” is the knowing I had. And of course, that is exactly what happened.

Even more interesting ~ when I pulled the rune, it was broken. Then I remembered that some time over a year ago, I had broken that rune. I had pulled three or four runes to do a reading and when I set that one down on the table, it snapped into two pieces.

This is what I thought when that happened: Oh, shit! This cannot be good!

Um, yeah. Kind of like breaking a mirror, I guess. It’s not exactly the end of the world but it makes you wonder if this is a sign of a shitstorm coming down the road.

Well, I let it go after some rumination. I mean, what else could I do? No point in getting wrapped up in fears of the future or whatever. I also thought it was kind of funny. Ironic. I mean ~ I broke the Wholeness rune in half. That’s funny!

Now, in retrospect ~ well, if I had known what was coming (everything I went through during this past year) I probably would have had some serious Rainbow Moments and thrown my Higher Self and certain other Crew Members several choice cuss words. I probably would have tried to change what was coming to make things easier. None of that would have made any difference, of course but still, sometimes having a private major bitchfit helps to vent some of the lower energies. Also, it gives your Angels and guides something for the Blooper Reel and that’s fun.

Basically, now I know that breaking the rune was a sign of what was to come. A big, flashing, neon WARNING sign! From the description of Sowelu in my other post:

Although this Rune has no Reversed position, there is reason for caution. You may see fit to withdraw, or even to retreat in the face of a pressing situation, especially if events or people are demanding that you expend your energy now. Know that such a retreat is a retreat in strength, a voyage inward for centering, for balance. Timely retreat is among the skills of the Spiritual Warrior.

Sowelu counsels opening yourself up, letting the light into a part of your life that has been secret, shut away. To accomplish this may call for a profound recognition, for admitting to yourself something that you have long denied.

And now that my Spiritual Retreat has ended, I can see how accurate this description is. That is exactly what I had to go through to get to where I wanted to be. To get to where I am now. To get to a higher level of awareness by breaking down, breaking through, and then coming back into balance.

Here is another paragraph from the description of Sowelu that further illuminates what I experienced:

Seeking after wholeness is the Spiritual Warrior’s quest. And yet what you are striving to become in actuality is what, by nature, you already are. Become conscious of your essence and bring it into form, express it in a creative way. A Rune of great power, making life force available to you, Sowelu marks a time for regeneration down to the cellular level.

And finally, this last paragraph really brings it all together for me. You see, the one thing I have wanted the most, since my awareness reached a certain level some time early in 2014, is this: To become a vessel through which Divine Will and Divine Love flow.

I was inspired to this goal by several of the Lady Masters, especially Lady Nada.

Here is what Sowelu tells us about this:

Practice the art of doing without doing: Aim yourself truly and then maintain your aim without manipulative effort. Meditate on Christ’s words: I can of mine own self do nothing (John 5:30). For by our own power we do nothing: Even in loving, it is Love that loves through us. This way of thinking and being integrates new energies and permits us to flow into wholeness, which is the ultimate goal of the Spiritual Warrior.

I’m not sure what else to say about all this. To tell you the truth, right now I have tears in my eyes. Tears of Joy, Love, and Release. This has been a profound experience for me. That damn broken rune brought me full circle and helped me to put more pieces of my story together.

Making It Fit

The broken rune of Wholeness brought me full circle and helped me to put the pieces together. Do you see how many wonderful, funny, ironic, poetic, miraculous, Divine, etc. things are happening in just that one sentence? It’s like the perfect metaphor for our crazy human existence and our Spiritual Journey and this Ascension Process and The Divine Plan.

Signs are always there if we choose to see them. Sometimes it doesn’t help much but it’s nice to know that we are never alone and our path is not as random as it might seem to be sometimes. I mean, we can never really get lost. We never really lose our way and the signs confirm this.

As for the rune, I intend to leave it as it is rather than trying to glue it back together or something. I like it this way. Now, whenever I see it, I can remember this amazing experience. Also, this is what the rune looks like now. Why change it? Why force it to look like something it no longer is? I mean, I can still use it and its essence and meaning are unchanged.

In the larger sense, this “broken” rune now represents so much more to me. That no matter what we go through or how broken we may feel at times, it is always possible to return to what we truly are ~ Whole. No matter how much we feel we have suffered, we can always return to Wholeness. No matter what we have experienced in our lives, it cannot touch our essence; it cannot change who and what we really are. We will always return to Wholeness.

Nothing can touch your Essence, Brothers and Sisters! At Heart, you will always be Golden! Hang on to that if things get tough.
