The State of Being Simple.

I felt guided to talk about simplicity today, since there’s so many things going on and people being so busy these days, which is understandable, as there’s a lot of energy movement going on now. However, Simplicity is KEY, if you want to enjoy every moment to the fullest. BEing is quite simple. Why complicate it ?!

Most of us have jobs that takes a lot of our time, kids, a house to take care of and so on, so how do you find the harmonious balance in all this ?! Organise yourself! No, it’s not about planning the future, that’s not working most of the time anyways. It’s organising yourself, your activities so that you can spend some moments with yourself between all these other activies. Breathe. Be. Take a walk in the park. Smell the flowers. Feel their beauty. Feel yourself. Breathe. Meditate. Whatever brings you Joy. We often neglect ourselves, when we’re so caught up in the day to day activities, and it’s obviously not even that important as nurturing yourself, your Soul, during these intense energies.

I’ve seen a lot of people going crazy over information, knowledge, the more complex the information, the better. RELAX! Especially if you’re reading it from the internet. While Yes, the Internet is the most accesible way to find information, a lot of it it’s just a bunch of misconceptions, dis/misinformation, especially the spiritual info. Not trying to put anyone down, but it’s another example of how we have to keep it simple and not let ourselves be dragged into confusing, let-brain related and misguided information. Everything truly is within. Next time try searching the internet of your Heart. All the answers are within.Whenever you’re reading something, make sure you check in with your Heart, and TRUST it. Your Heart has a great ability to discern. And no, if it’s complex that doesn’t mean it’s necessarily valid, no matter who says it. Einstein said ““If you can’t explain it to a six year old, you don’t understand it yourself.” In other words, Keep it simple! 😀
